These terms govern your use of austinremodelandrestoration.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Work we perform for you is governed by the separate written contract you sign before that work begins.

What this site is and is not
Everything on this site is general information about remodeling and restoration. It is not an inspection, an engineering opinion, a code determination, or advice about your specific property.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding estimate. Pricing, scope, and schedule for any project depend on conditions we can only assess in person. A binding agreement exists only when both parties sign a written contract.
Descriptions of past work, credentials, and processes are accurate as of the date written but do not guarantee any particular outcome on your property.
Section 2
Submitting a request
When you submit the project request form you agree that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to request work on the property you name, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Submitting a request does not create a contract or reserve a place on our schedule. We may decline any request.
You also consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase, and you may reply STOP at any time.
Section 3
Content and conduct
The text, photographs, layout, and design on this site belong to Austin Remodel and Restoration or are used with permission. You may read, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy the content onto another website, use it in marketing, or present it as your own.
You agree not to use this site to transmit anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it by automated means without our permission.

Disclaimers and limits
No warranty on the site
This website is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties relating to the website.
This disclaimer applies to the website. It does not limit any warranty we give you in a signed contract for work performed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Remodel and Restoration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred dollars.

We link to other sites, including our Google Business Profile and our affiliated roofing company. We are not responsible for their content.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that venue.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
