The owners
Since 2005—when this company started out as Wet Frog Paint—Anthony and Jessica have grown it from painting into full restoration, rebuilds and additions, while running a home inspection firm alongside it. That is why our restoration starts with an inspection, and why your claim paperwork reads like an inspector wrote it.

A burst supply line, a failed water heater, a shower pan that has leaked for months, or a storm that finds its way inside. Water moves into drywall, insulation, subfloor and framing faster than it shows on the surface. The longer it sits, the more has to come out.
Most restoration companies dry your house and hand you a list of contractors. We are the contractor. The crew that dried the wall knows what is behind it when it is time to close it up. If you have been wanting to change the kitchen or bath anyway, the repair and the upgrade can be planned together.

From our job sites
Every photo here is from our own Austin-area jobs. Water follows framing, wiring and gravity, so we map it with thermal imaging and moisture meters before anything comes out—and open only what the readings say is wet.

A real Austin job, before and after
Water reached the wall and flooring behind this Austin kitchen range. We opened the wall where the readings said it was wet, pulled back the damaged flooring, dried the structure, then rebuilt the kitchen: new white shaker cabinets, new counters and luxury vinyl plank flooring through the kitchen and living area.

The standard we work to
The IICRC S500 is the industry standard for professional water damage restoration, and it is the yardstick your adjuster uses too. Four ideas from it shape every job we take.
Category 1 is clean supply water; Category 2 carries contamination, like washer discharge; Category 3 is sewage or outdoor floodwater. Clean water sitting in a warm house can degrade within a day or two.
Class 1 through 4 describes how much surface absorbed water and how deep it went—from one small area to water bound in hardwood, plaster or concrete. It decides how much equipment the job needs.
Airflow evaporates water, dehumidifiers pull it out of the air, and temperature speeds both. We log temperature, humidity, grains per pound and dew point every day.
We read the same material in an unaffected room and keep drying until the wet materials match it. Nothing gets closed up until the numbers say so.
Why one company can help
Most homeowners who have been through a flood or fire end up hiring one contractor to dry and remove damaged materials, then another to rebuild. Scope can get lost in that handoff. We can handle the repair from documentation through reconstruction. If you decide to upgrade instead of replacing like-for-like, the same team keeps the repair and remodeling scopes clear.
Certified Master Inspector
A Certified Master Inspector looks at structure, moisture, electrical, and plumbing before the finishes go on. That helps uncover problems earlier, reduces mid-project surprises, and keeps new cabinets, tile, and flooring from covering conditions that still need attention.
What the credential means →Twelve Austin-area communities
Older central neighborhoods, fast-growing north and south suburbs, lake-area homes, and Hill Country sites do not present the same remodeling or restoration questions. Choose your city for locally focused guidance.
